Does anyone know how to adjust the IAC ( idle air control ) on this engine?  The IAC is original, not a new one.  I have installed a new engine and transmission in this car.  Also are new sensors & controls.  All parts are AC Delco brand.
The engine seems to run fine but exhaust smell is very sweet  & the engine evenly pounds at idle.  Gas mileage is off by more than 10%.
I installed a new fuel pressure kit & new gaskets/seals in the TBI.  Fuel pressure is 9 psi. & timing is at 0 deg. per emission decal.
Any help is appreciated.  Thank you in advance.  Larry
