Idling away the hours, if you will excuse the pun, on a rainy Brisbane Boxing Day. Kids have been boxing and arguing so what better than a few hours of Dad time on the net surfing to dull the pain whilst they recover between rounds.
I want to see your old vintage speed equipment.
If I won lotto, there is a set of Edmunds heads and a dual carb setup on ebay that would be so cool on the 39. But also found this Frank Burrell intake and Cyclone heads being reproduced reasonably. (If I win second division lotto). The more I read about the flathead 346 the more I am excited to get back to Perth and fire her up from her slumber.
In the meantime let me see what you have or what you lust after.
Post Script. Some of you may remember the name Frank Burrell from the supercharged 53 Eldo that was built in-house. This manifold is being reproduced by his son.

John Washburn CLC 1067 Sadly deceased.

Quentin,

That is why God made wine and it should always be available in the garage so when you sneak out or duck out from the family you can calm your nerves with some good red.

The Frank Burrell intake is only $500.00 plus $30.00 shipping in the states.

Quentin,
This set-up was offered to us awhile back by a member. Just so happens it's on ebay right now. It's tempting……Happy Holidays to all!

Now I'm thinking a Frank Burrell intake is what I want.

There are a number of speed goodies I would like, but that darn originality personality complex keeps me away from them.  However this one is sitting on the shelf in the garage just waiting.  Maybe someday...

How to bring down the tone of your neighborhood , whilst raising the exhaust and belt whine tone.
This looks like a fairly early pic pre 53 ? I wonder who was producing the manifold to suit a blower then. Anyone recognise what kind of blower this is?

Edelbrock 4x2 with period spark arrestors.  I actually sold this one, but kept the arrestors and acquired another set up.
