I AM HAVING PROBLEMS INSTALLING MY STEERING WHEEL. I PUT THE TURN SIGNAL CANCELING CAM ON THE BACK OF THE WHEEL, BUT THE CAM WON'T SLIDE DOWN NEXT TO THE STEERING SHAFT SI I CAN INSTALL THE NUT. THE WHEEL FITS PERFECTLY WITHOUT THE CANCEL CAM AND I CAN'T GET THE CANCEL CAM TO SLIDE DOWN THE SHAFT PUSHING IT IN WITHOUT THE WHEEL. ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
