Where can I buy the blackplastic plate that goes under the tag plate at the gas tank filler about 12-14" inches long.  Its no longer available at the dealers.

Out of 10 or so I had from junk cars I only 1 is some what good and the screws are too rusty to unscrew from the plastic housing, will have to be drilled out. I see some on eBay for about $50. I was thinking of getting 1 but I don't know how the quality or fit is.
