1959 Cadillac Series 62 Air Duct Screw Styles

The two holes had screws in them. One slotted and one Phillips head.
Strange that on the assembly line two diffferent style, but same size screws would be used.
Anyone care to chime in and and tell me which they used in the factory? I'm guessing...... flathead.
