Question for part number gurus RE 1965

Hi

I bought two exhaust manifolds from different vendors.

LH manifold has correct number (1482752) cast on the manifold.

RH manifold part # is 1483915 according to the master parts list but has "P2- 1484919 M" cast on the manifold. Vendor says it came off a 1965 Cadillac.

I have noticed other cast iron parts with different casting numbers that appear to be the same.

Can anyone familiar with casting #s shed any light on this?
