any ideas on were I can find one.  lost it drivers side I think its reverse thread.  3/4 20?

Did you ever find one of these?
I had some made. Drivers side is not reverse thread, passenger side is. I have both, newly reproduced!

The left side is supposed to have the reverse threads. That was designed so that the rotation of the wheel didn't cause the nut to loosen up and come off. Same as the wheel studs. Although it should have a cotter key in it to prevent that anyway.
It sounds like yours may have been accidentally swaped side to side at some point.
