I was surfing eBay and found a plethora of 1950-53 fender skirts. Even some CDV ones and for mid-winter prices.  I think I got up to five pages with them listed here and there.

There was at least one set that would have served for just that. Way cheap, guys. You know what will happen if Lauren sees these. She'll buy them for Ed to sell. He has a set of 1941s on eBay for, sit down first... $2500.00. This is not a comment one way or the other, but I thought I was high when I sold my last set for $700. Whew!
