There has been a lot of talk recently about Cadillac's demographics and at a family gathering today I saw a startling sight...

This was my great-niece's first birthday and a surprising number of new-ish Cadillacs were present.

1.  My 07 DTS
2.  My wife's CTS Coupe (photo's below)
3.  Birthday girl's mother's 2013 Escalade
3. Grandmom #1  2013 CTS 4 door
4.  Grandmom#2  2015 SRX
5.  Uncle's            2013 SRX

Ages of owners are 55-60.

Cadillac is alive and well in my family.

It occurred to me, while looking at these pictures, that Cadillac, whether on purpose or as a coincidence, has tried to restore the "fin look" of the past.

In the tail light lenses on a lot of the newer models there is a fin theme going on.

...plus they are maintaining the basic "egg crate" grilles of the past.  Combined with the look of today's aerodynamic styling, they are very nice looking.  Not a fan of the reworked logo.

We just got the Coupe this past week. Certified used, not new.  It's a great car and very nice driver.
Can't beat the DTS for comfort though.  The best modern Caddy I've ever owned.
