73 Cadillac a/c probs

The a/c on my 73 Coupe will start on then off with the selector in any position, even in the off position.  Also, if on low, it will blow Fast !!  Then turn itself off then on then off, etc.   It almost seems if I hit a slight bump, it changes and at other times, if I vary  the throttle  it seems to go on then off .  Help please.  This did not happen a year ago.  System is now 134  and car has orig 66k miles.

Check your blower relays, they may be sticking.
