what is the best oil to use in my 39 Cadillac. I know I need a GM camshaft brake in additive

I agree with Bill, but the short answer is any of the Hot Rod oils from Joe Gibbs Racing, Brad Penn, and others all have the necessary added ZZDP our older engines need (non roller cam pushrod flat tappet engines)

I recommend these to my customers and I use them in all my "old"cars.
