Hi,
Can anyone get me the measurements and perhaps a few photos of a '58 radiator?  I need to make sure mine is correct.

Thanks,
Garrett

Thanks for the photos.  I have no idea how I missed this before, but I noticed that my radiator is for a '57!  I have a '58 Fleetwood w/ A/C  Supposedly you can modify '57 radiators to fit '58.   I believe the difference is in the outlets.  Anyone ever done that before?  Here are some photos of mine.

I believe that your radiator is for a '58 model, but built in 1957. If you loor at the Willits pictures, the lower outlet is at the same location. On a 1957 car, the outlet is on the passenger side.

Hi,
The 1957 is the only year to have the lower radiator hose on the passenger side . The water pump is not the same as 1958 (lower inlet )  and the front crossmenber frame have a stamped form on the right side to fit the hose curve. The 1958 model is the opposite.
As Roger Zimmerman say, your radiator fit 1958 year yet it's stamped 1957.

That's for '58.  1958 was the first year for the transmission cooler in the radiator.  I also see the drain is on the outside of the tank.

Thanks guys.  So I have the correct radiator, that's good.  I'm having trouble getting it to fit in though which is why I originally thought it was incorrect.  Doesn't seem to want to fit in under the cradle.    Anyone have any thoughts?  From what I recall seeing, '58 radiators had the lower outlet bent up more but my memory could be bad.  Thanks again.
