I have been looking for this book at a reasonable price for a couple of years, and never saw it at less than $150 and often for a lot more. Recently I acquired two copies from two different sources. I'm offering one to CLC members, and just listed it along with some duplicates from my literature collection in the FOR SALE forum.   By the way, McVey's has the Forties and the Sixties editions. These are excellent books.
