Hi all,

I am a student at the University of Chicago and I'm doing a project for my New Products and Services class, and as part of my research I would like to have a quick chat (30-40min) with 3 Cadillac owners/experts, ideally one each of the following:

- Someone who has customized their car
- Someone who does all or most of repair and maintenance of their car by themselves
- Someone who does all or most of repair and maintenance of their car with a third party

The objective is to understand how Cadillac owners value certain aspects of their experience and figure out if there are any areas for improvement. I am not affiliated with Cadillac in any way but who knows, if I come up with something great, I might let them know about it.

I would really appreciate if you would be willing to chat with me over the next few days, or point me in the direction of someone who could help.
