Folks, need some help here wondering about the P21     18?
Feel free to decode everything pictured so I can compare with my notes,
Thanks!

On your tag, 18 denotes the 18th body built in this style, 08C, is the third week of August and 12 denotes the color of Cotillion White. Not sure about the P21

The P21 Denotes that rather than FWD which was the Fleetwood Body Plant , your cars body was built at Plant 21 as were all the Fleetwood 75 Series cars.

Thanks guys, confirms what I found out as well. Found some paperwork in the car which shows it was sold new at Sparling Cadillac in Seattle Washington to Franz Ridgway Distributors in Portland Oregon. Comes with a protect-o-plate showing 09-30-68 so number 18 off the line sounds about right. Car is in beautiful condition with like new interior showing only 47846 miles on the odometer. Vehicle was owned by a funeral company in Sun Valley Idaho before it was sold at a local auction to a vineyard in Glenns Ferry Idaho in 1999. Just purchased this wonderful automobile and it will be preserved as a historical car as only 880 of these came off the production line.

Franz Ridgway - yup a big dealer in professional cars.
Sold a bunch of hearses and ambulances. He regularly ran ads in the trade magazines such as Mortuary Management and Casket & Sunnyside.
