A few question.  Does the cooling elbo just attach to the generator by the bailing wire or is their some special end that goes on the generator first?  Is the cooling hose held onto the radiator support by a steel sleeve or rubber grommet? The 1960 had a steel sleeve and the 62's had a rubber grommet. Don't know about the 61's. Thanks Dave

The back end of the generator is different on AC cars and the elbow fits into a groove and thee are holes for the hold down wire.

I may have all of those parts if you need them.

Thanks Steven and Brian.  Brian can you post a photo for me of the back of a A/C generator. I just purchased the elbo for my son's non A/C 61 for Christmas.  He like's the hose look on my 62. Now I need the bailing wire and generator back. Can you PM on cost.  Thanks Dave

Dave, I reproduced retainers for the generator cooling elbow from stainless spring steel. If you need one let me know. Thanks, Brian. 412 952 6027.   Cadillac32v@hotmail.com
