There was a guy a few years back who had patch panels for '59s, including hearses and ambulances.  Daniel Lauzon.  I saved his web link:  http://www.pbase.com/metalcraftingdl/cadillac_1959_&page=2   Tried to contact him but never got a response.  Anyone know if he is still making these?  Or is anyone else making the bottom of quarter patch panels?
