Need help on 1975 Eldorado valve gap

Hi,maybe someone can help me.What should be the valve gap intake and exhaust on 75 Eldo?Thank you in advance.

As well as for the previous several decades, 1975 Cadillacs utilize hydraulic lifters. There is not a "gap", but a pre load, which means that the lifter is compressed.   If this is a stock engine, that preload will be accomplished by the original components being assembled correctly.  If for whatever reason (different camshaft, etc) the motor is not stock, usually a pre load of 0.40-0.60 inches is preferable.

Thank you for the answer,it is for my friends car  I will tell him better not to touch there.He hears something like lifter sounds,but not to noisy.It is original engine in his car.

Either wear or sticking lifters.

Lifter sounds can be exhaust leaks too.
