1962 Miller Meteor Hearse - date of first registration

I need to register this car in the UK and it would help to know the following:
The VIN number is:- 62Z015940

1. The original 1962 date of first registration in the USA
2. Actual designation of the car (Series 86?)
3. Power output - I assume the same as the standard 1962 390 ?

Also, out of interest does anyone know what the rear axle ratio would be and whether it's the same as any other model produced that year.

The car is a CC  Commercial Chassis, and has the same horse power ratings at the standard bodied cars.
The rear end gear ratio is 3.77  and can be verified by finding the ID tab on the differential.  It will be stamped with a Y or a 7
If it is stamped with a G Y  or G7, then your a lucky guy who has the controlled differential gears.
