Is the center section of rear bumper the same on 59 and 60? Thanks in advance!

I'd say they look the same but there are guys that know better than me and I am sure you will get a definitive answer soon.

Yes, according to the parts book the center bar of the rear bumper for the ’59 and ’60 share the same part number.

1959 Bumpers have welded tabs for the rear Grille which were deleted in 1960 , Very early 1959's the centre section was just over 1/4" wider.
