Does anyone know when Trico stopped putting their wiper blades and arms in paper envelopes and started putting them in sleeves and blister packs?   I stumbled across a stash of them and they are all in envelopes.

Similar question on carb rebuild kits. Also, found a box of mostly Carter carb kits which are also in envelopes. Any idea what vintage I'm looking at.

Thanx. I'm helping a widow clear out her husband's lifetime parts stash. Some Cadillac, some not.
