Info please from you folks that have put seat belts in your older Caddys. My '41 is just about ready, and I would like to add belts while it's still an easy job, with carpet not fastened down yet. What belt do you all recommend? I can get them from Classic Chevy and fairly reasonably priced. Other suggestions?
Thank you,
Don

Hi Don: I have used SSNAKE-OYL for belts on both my 41 and 47. Here is their  web site

Pictures below from my 41-60 special. I would recommend that you install belt retractors on the outside belts. I did not have the retractors at first and so about every time I would get out of the car, the outside belt would drop on the step plate. With retractors it solved the problem.  Bill
