I am replacing the original engine in a 1936 series 60 with a 1937 Lasalle 322 cu. in. engine same as '36 engine.  The difference is the engine mounts.  The '36 motor mounts are in the very front of the block, the '37 engine has mounts on the sides near the front.  I have the engine mounts but need to fab some connection to the side frame.  Is there anything readily available or maybe somebody has some original frame mounts that I can adapt for this application.
Thanks for any advice you can pass on.

The original frame mounts in 37 are part of the frame itself, (welded to the frame at the factory)  This is not something that you can buy.  I have a later engine in my 36 and I had the engine hung in place where it needed to be. Positioned the brackets on the side of the block and attached the rubber mounts under them. While it hung there I made up a cranked plate and bracket to go under the mounts and sit on the side rail. These I bolted into position on the frame so's not to weld any permanent alteration to the car .

That's the plan I was going to follow, I have the engine in place with the mounts bolted in place.  Just have to fab some brackets to the frame.   Then a friend looked at it and he thought generic brackets may be available, people swap engines all the time.  I told him I would post it for more input.
Thanks for replying Steve.
