1957 Cadillac wheel color?

Guys:

    What was the stock color for Cadillac wheels in 1957?  I've seen some posts that show it being the same color as the body, others that say white, and others that say black.  What is the correct color?

That's what I thought.  My spare wheel in my trunk is white.  I was going to have it refinished in black if that was the standard color

I know the 1958 wheels were grey - I thought 1957's were the same.

My 1957 wheels are black and the paint appears to be original.

According to these guys '57s were black and '58s grey.

The Lt. Gray on the steel wheel portion of the riveted versions is  Dupont 1323.  That is the color for 59/60 rims as well according to the Eldo Brougham master parts list.
