1960 Cadillac Tire jacking instructions decal

I have been trawling through the internet looking for the tire jacking instructions to affix to the inside of my trunk.
It appears that the only ones I can find appear to be the 1959 decals showing the rear end body shape of the 59 model not the 60 model.

Was there ever a different decal for the 60 caddy that showed the 60 rear bumper on the decal instead of 59'

The 60 jacking instruction card is the 59 with the bullet tail light part of the fin removed. It shows the rear of the 59 with the backup light pod.
