when I got the car, there was no oil filter.  i picked one up from a local yard but it had no lines.  can anyone snap some pics on where the filter mounts and how the lines are ran?  can the lines be purchased or should i start making them?

thanks in advance guys!

There was some pictures on the internet of the '57 motor w/ AC.   I think it mounts the nearly same side as the '58, it's on the driver side w/ AC.   Without AC its opposite.   I'll have to see if I kept those but someone may post.
The lines are 1/8" steel tubing and have brass flare end fittings.   You can order those or get at the parts store but probably have to make up the line.
Also, maybe pix in the shop or specifications manual as the '57 and '58 share shop manuals.
