John are you talking about a sealed beam bulb like the one below which is 4 &1/2 or are you after a small spot light bulb like a 1133?   Do you have a bulb in your spot light now and if so what is the number on the bulb?  Bill

John,
Hi. That's a common bulb, still in use today for stage/ landscape lighting, also referred to as a "Par 36". Usually comes in 11, 25, and 35 watt, either 6 or 12 Volt.

Some trivia:  "PAR" bulb diameters are measured in eighths of an inch.  Divide the number by 8 to find the diameter.  A PAR36 bulb is 4.5" in diameter.  A PAR56 bulb is 7" in diameter, etc.
