Never used 60's hubs, what are they worth

How much are these worth? Never used, 4 hubs for 60's era Cadillacs.

They are actually for 70's and 80's era Cadillacs.  Someone drilled the centers and added those locks so unless you have whatever the lock engages they are not worth a whole lot.

The photos seem to show wear, so I am not sure that they have never been used.

They are optional wire wheel covers that ran from 1976 until 1985 on RWD full size models.

Unfortunately the locking mechanism is an aftermarket item which hurts the value. All things considered, I would estimate value at around $100 to $150 for the set.

These hubs belonged to a fella and his daughter is selling his Cars and accessories since he passed. She asked me what they were worth, I didn't know so I posted here.
