Let me start off by saying hello. I am new to the forum and new to cadillacs. I have had tons of cars and at one point made a living as a mechanic.

I have started the revitalization of a 1960 62 six window, here are a few pictures

I have the hub caps and wheel skirts, just going through it replacing everything that need it. It was hidden in a garage for the last 20 years!!

I have a question about an unknown dial under the dash, if anyone knows what it is and could help identify it that would be helpful!!
