1961 Center Bearing Chirp

Center bearing is new. No vibrations or other problems just occasional chirping. Is there a way to lube the bearing or should I replace it even though it's new.

The problem was the retainer clip, mad eof spring steel, that was out of two of the three position holes. It was rubbing up against the thin metal slinger. That accounted for the high picthed noise.
