Hello,

I still have the original mirror but the round part with glass is very loose and flips around when the door is closed. Is there a screw behind the mirror that would allow me to tighten the round part?

Check to see if someone has strained the mirror, as in pushing it too far one way, and thereby putting the stainless steel cover out of alignment.

Someone had done that to my '60 CDV, and I could never get it tight.

Bruce. >:D

PS.   Actually, it never really bothered me asa my car was RHD, and the left door mirror is the same as having a right door mirror when sitting on the Left Hand side.
