1973 Deville Cowl tag decode

Hello, I have a 1973 Coupe Deville two door with a cowl tag that has codes that do not match the car or I am decoding it incorrectly. I  have tried the GM Heritage center but they do not have the build sheets for 1973 Deville. Can any one help me?  thanks Bob

My best guess is that you have a 1973 Coupe deVille Built in the Detroit factory on the 4th week of March (1973).   The car was Sable black with a white vinyl roof and had:Tinted Glass, Air Conditioning, Wear window defroster, 6 way power front seat,electric trunk opener, Automatic level control, an AM/FM signal seeking Radio.
That's my best guess.

Hi Greg, thanks for your help. Does it also asks for a sun roof with the "s"  ? But the problem is it shows no sign of self leveling any where and no sign
of sun roof. Is that possible? Also white top on black seems odd to me. Is it possible that is incorrect? thanks Bob

Not all equipment appears on the data plate.

Perhaps Greg can provide a breakdown of the codes for the items he lists.

Why is data tag fastened with screws, should not rivets be used?  Did Cadillac switch to screws at some point, as my 1970 has rivets?  Also generally the black under hood spray does not entirely cover the tag, but just around edges?

Scot, I have seen many with screws. Robert, I suggest contacting member Tom Hall, who extensively researched these cars for several years before completing the Authenticity Manual for 71-76. He may ask for a small donation to the CLCMRC, but his wealth of information is worth it

Attached is the tag from my '76 Coupe and it is screwed on. My ' 70 and '61 are both riveted.

This would be a Detroit car. Linden, NJ "E" cars didn't list most options.
nothing odd about a black car with white vinyl. it was actually quite popular in 73 mostly on GM's mid-size cars, cutlass, regal, GP, etc

Thank you all so much for your answers. I do see mounting holes for a compressor on the left inner fender but
zero indication of a sun roof. I think that is what the " S " is calling out on the tag .
