Hello , I emailed Jenkins in NC for a trunk kit to finish the 55 fleetwood. He told me it would be a 2 week turnaround to get an "outstanding kit" . However I don't believe the 2 week turnaround time. I have read others have waited somewhat longer, like months. Has anyone delt with the son, who is running the business now , gotten a trunk kit in this short of  timeframe?
I'm just curious if its true or if I'm being misled. I'm not in a hurry for the kit so time is not of the essence. Thanks, George.

George : since about 2012 , I've done a few projects with Hill Jenkins . I never did deal with his dad - only Hill . My experiences have always been positive . He has delivered on time; and, in fact , earlier when I told him that I needed the project for a show . I haven't had any dealings with him since he limited his restoration business  to interiors , but I plan to call soon . ..... Paul Tesone CLC # 6876

They did a 61 Eldorado trunk kit for me a few months ago and it was done on time and at the quoted price. I have not installed it yet, but it appears complete and well done.
