Posting photos here

Hello all,
Forgive me for not being the slightest bit computer savvy, but is it possible to post photos on my profile?    I have no idea how that would be accomplished.  Please keep suggestions in common English, I don't have the first clue about computer vocabulary.

This is how I see it but I'm sure one of the moderators will chime in if I'm wrong.

On the list of things to do under your name at the top of the page place your cursor on 'Profile'

From the drop down menu 'click on the bottom one 'Forum Profile'

Next page you will see a list of things to do under 'Personalized picture'

Click on the bottom one 'Upload an Avatar'

A bar will appear to the right saying 'Browse' no file selected.

Click on 'Browse' and it will open your PC files for you to chose where you want it to come from.

Find the picture you want and click on it and then click on 'Open' in the bottom right corner. it should then upload.    Alternatively click on 'Choose an Avatar from gallery'  if you don't have pictures of your own.        When 'Browse' opens you can even look through other devices attached to you PC such as your phone or a camera.

I'm sure Bruce will correct me if I have this wrong
