Radio Technician needed for 1959 Radio

Looking for a Technician that other CLC Members have experience with and can recommend to bench test and get this radio ready. I believe it's a "WonderBar".
The only labeling I saw was "Delco" which I believe was on the back.
It had power to it prior to the car being disassembled.

I have used Bobs Radio several times. Dan is the guy. He is very smart on the old radios. Sends back old parts that he replaces etc. He is in CA.  His contact is 805-489-8200.
