I would guess the motor has been modded to make lots of extra black smoke so having those side pipes has to be pretty messy especially on a white car.  Other than that I kinda like the idea the Cummings should be a good power match for the car, lots of torque at low rpms.

My first thought:

"It fits!" 

That's a lot of engine in that bay.  A full exhaust would make that car a LOT quieter, and maybe even not to bad a ride.  But $25K?  Um, no.

A turbo charged and inter cooled diesel?  With the boost turned up it might
