Hey guys,

I have a 1968 deville convertible and was wondering if the top lift cylinders are rebuildable. My top is having some trouble going up and the tops of the cylinders are leaking. Before i replace them i would like to try to rebuild them, is this possible?

Thanks,
Al

Al,
  Hydro-E-Lectric is your best bet....

I bought replacements from either Hyro-e-lectric or convertible top specialists, don't recall.  They've been fine for two years now.  I also replaced the hoses.

Just get replacements, put 'em in and be done with it!

Check eBay, those sellers sell them there for a little less than the on line price.
