I have a '76 Eldorado that the original owner let sit for 39 years before I bought it last year. The radio is am/fm /weather, but it doesn't play and I replaced the speakers, but all I get out of it is static. The light in the radio comes on, but no music. I had the antenna checked out and it works fine, so it's not the problem, either. Any ideas?

Somewhat recently deceased daily drivers, 80 Eldo Diesel & 90 CDV
And other assorted stuff I keep buying for some reason
