Hi, In the last 6 months my 7.5 amp fuse has blown for my radio.  Not sure if this happens when an 8 track is inserted crooked and the radio struggles?  Does anyone have any experience with this  Thanks  David

I had an 8 track on my' 72... over the winter while the car was in cold (aka Maine) storage, the radio fuse blew when I attempted a spring 8 track... When I disassembled the unit, the rubber drive belt was literally stuck to both pulleys. I unstuck and carefully lubricated the capstan and flywheel and drive motor bearings...perhaps that is your issue...    Happy day,   James
