I am looking for a source for the conversion kit to convert a 54 clock to quartz.  Anyone know of a source for these kits?  Thanks, Jim

I did a 41. Bought a cheap clock off eBay and used the motor. Removed the innards from a spare 41 clock as I didn't want to ruin my good one if it went pear-shaped.  Some companies do it for you but never heard of a specific kit?

I did in the 70. Bought a movement from Klockit. It was under $10 I think. Took the innards out of mine and just put the little quartz movement in there. I had to remove some of the case on the little quartz movement to get it in there but it fit. I used the hands from the quartz one and just filed them down to look like the originals. They are hard to see at night tho because I guess the paint on the original reflected light better.
The only thing is that the time changing stem doesn't work but I have it in there for looks. I got a movement that automatically adjusts for Daylight savings time too.

I use Williamson's Inc., Chester, AR for all my instruments and yes, they can change the clock to quartz.
