I am looking for a shaft seal and this is an odd size, most likely for Series 75 commercial chassis cars. I need a 1.38 OD for a 3.849 shaft if I have that right...see attachments.

Thanks Jay.  I caught up with Dave Edwards from Massachusetts, a well known transmission and seals expert for antique cars.  We are going to try the Trostel leather bound seal since the others don't seem to stop small leaking.  More to follow.
