I have a horn on a Cadillac that was working and then stopped. Tapped it lightly with a hammer and it started then stopped again.

Can these be taken apart and cleaned? Only one horn is working the other cut in and out.

Fill it up with WD40 and prop it up on a worktable so that it will totally soak in the WD40 for about 1-2 days, then turn it around and let it drain out.

It should work after that.
