1959 Coupe Deville Rear Pinion Seal

What is involved in changing my seal? I see two part number on Rock Auto do I need both seals?

I have some leaking at the rear of my drive shaft/differential. I would love to try to minimize my leaks. Car not too bad and it's been better since I have been storing the car in my heated garage in the winter. I have noticed less leaking in a controlled environment.
