For some reason previous owner apparently dismantled the vacuum system and I am trying to restore it.  Hydravac brake booster was not working so I had it rebuilt but problem was greater than that. There are parts  parts missing so I need diagram to run new tubing and figure out how to get it all working.  There was even a upper cylinder lubricating system added to the vacuum system that I removed but power brakes and wipers still did not work.  The manual is very vague on these items!
