The correct long projector horn will have “896†stamped on the top of the flat, disk surface. I can’t take a pic of my car as it’s up on the lift but will do so tomorrow. It’s mounted horizontally with two brackets, one attached at the disk end, the other about ¾ along the trumpet. The two brackets are bolted through holes in the radiator support positioned behind the existing horns and in front of the AC condenser.
The correct horn is a low note (“D†Note possibly? ) and can be used along with the short trumpet “High C†horn. You’ll have to splice a connection into one of the existing horn wires from the relay. You may have to tweak the adjusting screw to get them in complete harmony. The four horn set up sounds like a 150 foot yacht.
