I remember how "monstrous" any US made car looked compared to the smaller European cars while we were in Berlin in the early 60s.

(But the local trucks made up for the smaller cars.)

This was a well planned meet, and it is obvious the love that the owners have for their cars. Lovely grounds really set off the cars.

Great picture spread of a great show. One can only imagine how much larger the event would have been if the weather was more cooperative. Very reassuring to see so many younger people partaking of the experience. It's obvious Cadillac passion runs just as deep across the Atlantic, if not more so.

Thank you for sharing.

Logically, many cars from Austria and Germany. There were also visitors from other countries but I don't recognize all license plates.

In years past, Gerald Lodl and the team produced high-quality DVDs from the Annual BIG Meet.  I have copies from 2004-2007 to give you an idea how long this great event has been occurring.  If copies are still available, they would be well-worth purchasing.  View some of the videos at http://www.cadillac-meeting.com/english/video/.

 S Driscoll,
Thanks for the photos of the event.

I really liked the Hawk aerials - from a drone?
They gave perspective of just how many folks and cars participated.

Have fun,

Thank you for the several postings of photos.  Really marvelous!

Going through all the photos reminds me of just how beautiful the first-generation FWD Eldorados were. That was a standout design, even among all the beautiful models shown from 1953 through 1970.

In general, the slick-top versions stand out (for me at least), whether on Eldos or on Fleetwood sedans. The lines are so clean and classic.

It's nice to see a strong representation of current models, along with the great classics. Maybe there is a future for some of the recent models of the past 15 years as collector cars, recent postings aside...

THANKS AGAIN for the postings!
