What's the safest and best method clean dry battery acid from the trunk.
It's green in color, at first I thought it was maple tree dust.
Thanks,
Matt

Make up a solution of baking soda, about 1/3 cup
of baking soda to 3 cups warm-hot water.  Stir to
dissolve the soda.

Using a stiff brush and the solution, scrub all the
surfaces down and let sit a few minutes.  Wipe dry
with paper towels or rags.  Dispose of the towels
in the trash.

The baking soda neutralizes the acid rendering it
harmless.
