So this can be the right one

On my 1936 series 75 I have a 1940 ignition coil.  The master parts book suggest that all 8 cylinder Cadillacs and La Salles have the same part number from 1936 to 1942.  Sorry, but I don't have a picture of an "original" 1936 coil.  They all may be very similar from 1936 to 1942.  Hope this helps.  KenZ

I may have a new one from a 36 if that helps?  Removed from my car during restoration to change up to 12 volts.

My parts book shows 1115128 as the coil used from 1935 through 1942. These are very difficult to find and expensive. Reproduction 6 volt 1115128 for your car are made by
