4.9 thermostat housing/'91 deville

Need to replace the thermostat. Will I have any problems with unbolting it?  Seizing be an issue?

I just had one out with no issues but I don't know how long it had been since it was last out.   The outlet bolts to a larger casting that bolts to the intake and also has the heater outlet on it.    Stuff like this usually isn't a huge problem because the stuff should not be crazy tight like head bolts but you never know.
