On my computer, for the past week or so when I try to enter the forum or a posting on the forum, the response time (time it takes for the page to open) is frequently but not always very long.  This usually happens after I've opened and closed more than one page.  It doesn't occur with other web sites.  Is anyone else having the same problem, or is it just my computer?

Jay,

Outside from the error 500 back on Monday/Tuesday

http://forums.cadillaclasalleclub.org/index.php?topic=153212.0

all is clear on my side.

Have you try to clearing your history/browsing data from your browser and re-try?

José,

Thanks for the tip.  I'd be please to clear my history/browsing data from my browser and re-try but I don't know how to do that.  Please elucidate, as I'm not very computer literate.

Jay,

If you use Chrome;
https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95589?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

If you use Edge;
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10607/microsoft-edge-view-delete-browser-history

You can check the boxes for “download history”, “cache images”, if you still having problems you can add “cookies and other site data”.

You can Google for the other browsers Safari or Firefox.

Good luck..!

I have also been getting the error 500 pop ups for about a week or so now. Think I even got one today. I assume that is an issue with the Forum site and not my PC. Clay/Lexi

Jose,
I use Chrome and, following your advice, I deleted my browsing history and the forum seems to respond quicker.  Thanks.

Slow for me too. I just blamed it on our new modem. Does this mean we are on here too much?? :)

The "slows" continue.  It is a bit of a pain, to be truthful.  Is anyone looking into/doing anything about this reported problem?

I have a Mac. I use Safari as my main browser. For the last week, I have been unable to access the forum with Safari. I switch to  FireFox for this site, but it is a nuisance. Not sue what is wrong.

I have no problem. I'm looking at the forum with a PC and I'm using Explorer.

Our server was upgraded to a much faster (8x faster) one this morning.  Should be a big improvement.
